“Christmas in the Park” tradition continues! At The Gathering we are committed to providing an amazing Christmas Experience to our community for FREE! There will be live entertainment, activities for all ages, pony rides, petting zoo, make and take Christmas ornaments, scavenger hunt, bounce houses, food trucks and an opportunity to see the “Christmas Story” come to life. Oh, and did we mention snow? Yes, it will snow in the desert!
We love our community and recognize that Christmas is not always the happiest time of year for everyone. It is our goal to bring a message of hope to the West Valley for FREE and create a Christmas Experience never to be forgotten. Through your generosity we are able to provide for free to our community: Face Painting, Petting Zoo, Pony Rides, Putt Putt Golf, Balloon Artists, Ornament Making, Hot Cocoa, Cookies, Popcorn, Cotton Candy, Bingo Prizes and much more. Our goal is to create an experience never to be forgotten and through our hospitality our guests will notice there is something different going on, giving us an opportunity to point them to Jesus and being part of a church community that genuinely cares for them.

Experience Partner Sponsorship: $5000
Through your generosity we are able to create the following interactive experiences for free, Journey to Bethlehem (The Christmas Story Comes to Life), Bethlehem Marketplace, Santa and Mrs. Claus, Winter Wonderland (bounce house and interactive activities for all ages) and an Immersive Light Experience so that our community can experience firsthand the true meaning of Christmas and the message of hope it brings.

Christmas in the Park Concert/Raffle Sponsorship: $15,000
Through your generous donation you will help support our Christmas Concert and Raffle Giveaway where our goal is to bring the message of hope to the West Valley for free and create a Christmas experience never to be forgotten. We recognize that Christmas is not always the happiest time of year for everyone so our aim is to spread joy and unity within our community the best way we know how.
Benefits: Business logo in the event program, website, preservice slide, large “Sponsored by” banner in the front entrance, 10x10 Vendor Booth, thank you to the business sponsor when raffle prizes winners are announced.
CITP Anchor Business Sponsorship: $50,000+
Through your donation we will be excited to acknowledge your generous support and acknowledge your heart for supporting Christmas in the Park and changing our community through various platforms, including but not limited to the following areas:
